- HR Support Experience: Minimum 3 years in employee support, with solid understanding of HRIS, payroll, benefits, and company policies
- Customer Service Background: Over 4 years in customer support, with working knowledge of HR processes and workflows
- Educational Background: Degree or relevant coursework in HR Management, HRIS, or related fields is preferred
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both Cantonese and English is required for effective communication
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Primary Contact Point: Act as the main liaison for employee inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- HR Support Delivery: Provide accurate and timely assistance on payroll, leave, benefits, and HR policy matters
- Case Management: Manage employee requests using systems such as Workday HCM and ServiceNow
- Problem Solving: Apply critical thinking to resolve moderately complex or sensitive issues
- Confidentiality & Compliance: Uphold strict confidentiality and ensure full compliance with HR policies and legal requirements
