Job Description
- Work directly with senior executives on key sales decisions and commercial strategies.
- Prepare and manage quotations, business cases, and client contracts with precision.
- Act as a bridge between the company and shareholder sales teams to drive aligned communication.
- Create compelling sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to engage existing and new clients.
- Maintain and update the company's capability listings on internal and shareholder platforms.
- Support digital presence through website content updates and improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for strategy.
- Organize sales events, customer engagements, and coordinate internal sales conferences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including customer support and finance.
- Generate regular sales performance and business development reports.
- Assist with customer-related queries and requests as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Analysis Should Have
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales or market research role.
- Experience working in multicultural, international environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, with prior experience in quotation and proposal writing.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Confident working independently while aligning with broader strategic goals.
