Senior Project Engineer/Supervisor (Automation)

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor and control project schedules, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely completion.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or outcomes.

Collaborate with project teams to define project objectives and design specifications.

Support project teams by coordinating the necessary resources to achieve project milestones.

Lead meetings with project teams, addressing concerns and aligning decisions and schedules.

Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, risk assessments, and budget status.

Maintain clear documentation of project scope, changes, and progress for stakeholder visibility.

Coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning phases to ensure all systems are integrated seamlessly with existing processes.

Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., ISO, IEC, OSHA).

Maintain supplier relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of automation components and services.

Negotiate all contracts and service level agreements, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor system performance post-implementation, ensuring ongoing system functionality and integrity.

Support post-implementation maintenance plans, including negotiations on warranties for repairs and replacements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, ClickUp, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience with budgeting, planning ROI, and managing resources and timelines.
• Experience in working with automated equipment is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong verbal and written skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, both locally and internationally.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus but not required.
