Position Details:

Role: Customer Service Executive (Cantonese Speaker)

Market: Taiwan & Hong Kong

Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia

Qualifications: 18 years old, completed SPM, UEC, or IGCSE certificates

Languages: Chinese + Cantonese, English

Working Days & Shifts: 5.5 days/week, rotational shifts (24/7)

Headcount: 20

Joining Date: ASAP

Salary: Up to RM4,200 (RM3,200 Basic + RM300 6th Day Allowance + RM300 Night Shift Allowance + RM400 KPI)

Accommodation: 1 month provided for outstation candidates upon request, with a 6-month service bond

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails regarding customer inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and product issues
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing accurate information and excellent service
  • Work with the team to meet KPI and SLA targets
  • Proficient in typing and computer literacy
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Read Traditional Chinese characters
