Job Title: Sales Executive

• Present company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Prepare weekly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Attend to sales inquiries and meet sales targets.
• Prospect new customer accounts and maintain existing ones.
• Prepare sales documentation, including proposals and quotations, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, work hard, and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure quality service fulfillment.
• Support other sales team members as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Positive working attitude; energetic, fast learner, highly self-motivated, customer-oriented, and disciplined.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.
