About the role

At Hyperwave Systems Engineering Sdn Bhd, we are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving innovation and optimising our manufacturing processes. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving efficient and reliable production processes that align with the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure consistent product quality
2. Analyse production data, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to optimise the manufacturing process
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to identify and resolve process-related issues
4. Conduct risk assessments, implement safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
5. Provide technical guidance and training to production staff to enhance their understanding of the manufacturing process
6. Participate in the design and development of new products, ensuring the manufacturability and scalability of the processes
7. Continuously monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 6 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry
3. Demonstrated expertise in process design, optimisation, and project management
4. Proficient in process mapping, process flow analysis, and data analysis tools
5. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex process-related issues
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
7. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems
8. TUV Process Safety engineer is an added advantage
