About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at CEMPAKA KASIH SDN BHD, a leading construction company based in Ipoh, Perak. As our Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure quality and timely completion of work
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and the project team to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Monitor progress, manage deadlines, and control project budgets
• Report project updates and site issues to the project manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant site supervision experience
• Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and site management
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• High level of initiative, responsibility, and reliability
• Able to speak Mandarin, Malay, and English, as you will need to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel to site
• Available to start work immediately is a strong advantage
• Hands-on site experience is a plus
