- Full-time hours, available to work:
- Monday to Saturday: Morning shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations of the HR Department.
- Attend to all HR official correspondences (e.g., appointment letters, confirmation letters, show cause letters, warning letters, termination letters).
- Organize administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee leave records and attendance.
- Maintain employee records and office administration.
- Handle full recruitment process, including job descriptions, screening, and interviews.
- Manage foreigner-related processes (Fomema, Insurance, Permit Renewals, Special Passes, Ecom).
- Prepare and present monthly HR reports.
- Apply for incentives or grants for the company.
- Assist with general administrative tasks like office supplies and meetings.
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employee issues.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to start on short notice (preferred).
