  • Full-time hours, available to work:
    • Monday to Saturday: Morning shifts
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Support day-to-day operations of the HR Department.
  2. Attend to all HR official correspondences (e.g., appointment letters, confirmation letters, show cause letters, warning letters, termination letters).
  3. Organize administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
  4. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  5. Manage employee leave records and attendance.
  6. Maintain employee records and office administration.
  7. Handle full recruitment process, including job descriptions, screening, and interviews.
  8. Manage foreigner-related processes (Fomema, Insurance, Permit Renewals, Special Passes, Ecom).
  9. Prepare and present monthly HR reports.
  10. Apply for incentives or grants for the company.
  11. Assist with general administrative tasks like office supplies and meetings.
Requirements:
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employee issues.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to start on short notice (preferred).
