The position

We seek a Head of Solution Portfolio for Electric Power Test within our Product Group, DAQ & Sensors. This leader will manage and expand the portfolio through organic growth and M&A, balancing innovation, cost, and quality. You will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners focused on core end-markets.

Joining our DAQ and Sensors team, this role offers growth opportunities and the chance to be part of an international tech team shaping future technologies to empower innovators. The position can be performed remotely from France, Portugal, or Germany.

Primary responsibilities

• Develop and execute the solution portfolio strategy, managing risks and making trade-offs, aligning with stakeholders, and recommending investments based on solid business cases and ROI.
• Achieve performance targets including financial metrics, vitality index, and customer KPIs like NPS.
• Create go-to-market strategies to grow the EPT solution portfolio, leading cross-functional teams to deliver commercial outcomes.
• Develop and prioritize the Customer Solution Portfolio Roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, and technology developments.
• Translate the solution roadmap into a technology roadmap, managing funding and product lifecycle, including investments, divestments, and M&A activities.
• Set pricing strategies in collaboration with the Pricing Excellence team.
• Drive functional excellence, build an engaged team, and foster talent development.

You should hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related fields, with at least 8 years of management experience in a similar scope, including:

• Customer experience metrics such as NPS, retention, and market share
• Leading virtual and matrix teams across KAM, Sales, Marketing, Product, and R&D
• Innovation metrics like speed to market and vitality index
• Product quality and reliability
• Team engagement, measured via employee surveys
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies

Personal skills

• Culturally agile with strong leadership skills for dispersed teams
• Hands-on approach with strategic and innovative thinking
• Customer-centric mindset
• Ability to influence and inspire at all levels
