Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests, including issues related to property handovers and defect reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments to improve customer experience through retention initiatives.
  • Track and follow up on customer inquiries and complaints to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with site teams to oversee defect management.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys during property handovers.
  • Collaborate with authorities and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Engage in customer relations programs to enhance property value and company image.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures in your activities.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
