Teaching Affairs Executive - Centre for Teaching Affairs

MILA University is currently seeking executives to provide administrative services, operational support, and student learning support to its Teaching and Learning vertical.

There are 4 main streams in the Centre for Teaching Affairs: Course Registration and Scheduling, Academic Advising, Coordination of Teaching Resources, and Teaching and Learning Standard Operating Procedures.

Teaching Affairs Executives perform daily administration activities and services to ensure that high quality and efficient administrative support is provided to the Teaching and Learning Department, Centre for Teaching Affairs.

The incumbent will report to the Head, Centre for Teaching Affairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Schools to collate and tabulate course registration information.
  • Provide necessary information and data to Registry Office and other stakeholders in the University.
  • Provide administrative support to prepare and maintain documentation related to the Centre’s Policies and Procedures.
  • Coordinate logistics for Teaching Affairs activities and events.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree with at least two (2) years of administrative experience in higher education. Candidates with a diploma and at least three (3) years of experience will also be considered.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word and Excel); experience in educational systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
