Job Responsibility
- Provide technical support, resolve issues, and perform quality assurance checks.
- Manage the team and ensure team objectives are being carried out.
- Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
- Monitor and review work schedules for service and repair work for the maintenance team.
- Identify root maintenance issues, develop ideas, and propose solutions in technical reports.
- Prepare quotations, technical reports, follow up, analyze data, and summarize collected data; provide regular reports to management.
- Offer excellent customer service, maintain customer relationships, ensure repeat business through upselling, and handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong project management skills.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
