Planning & Strategy
- Support the E-Commerce Manager in preparing proposals and planning marketing roadmaps.
- Assist in proposing and recommending promotional mechanisms across all sales channels.
Promotion & Execution
Manage and operate e-commerce platforms on a daily basis, including:
- Submitting and setting up campaigns and promotions.
- Updating posts, banners, and product information.
- Monitoring campaigns to ensure smooth execution and error-free performance.
Inventory Management & Forecasting
- Monitor and forecast inventory to ensure product availability aligns with campaign plans.
Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Handle customer reviews and feedback.
- Develop and update FAQs.
- Send broadcast messages to customers as needed.
Fulfilment Support
- Process and prepare e-commerce order documentation for packers to ensure timely fulfilment.
Content Development
- Prepare content direction briefs for the Content Team to develop engaging and relevant e-commerce content.
Media Management
- Temporarily manage Shopee and Lazada ads, ensuring alignment with promotional strategies.
Communication & Collaboration
- Liaise with clients on day-to-day e-commerce tasks.
- Coordinate with the Tech Team for quality control and assurance.
- Work with the Content Team to propose engaging content ideas for the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with the Media Team to align monthly campaigns and promotions with media buying strategies.
- Maintain close communication with marketplace Key Account Managers (KAMs) or Relationship Managers (RMs) to improve store performance.
Reporting & Analytics
- Assist in preparing performance reports covering engagement, sales attribution, product rankings, KPIs, ROI, etc.
- Present campaign and performance reports to clients.
- Analyze performance data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and propose improvements for future campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Analytics Specialist to monitor competitor performance and identify market trends.
