About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Client Service Executive to join the growing team at TL GLOBAL ENGINEERING in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position seeking a proactive and responsible individual to handle client reception, order processing, customer service, and assist with recruitment.

What you'll be doing

1. Meet clients at the factory for discussions and product presentations
2. Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders
3. Provide professional after-sales service and maintain client relationships
4. Assist in recruiting new staff and provide HR support
5. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality
6. Support marketing and business development activities
