Job description

Role And Responsibilities

Responsible for performing the company’s accounting functions, including:

  1. Assist the Manager in maintaining up-to-date ledgers, accounts receivable and payable, and related administrative tasks. Perform timely updates to facilitate dashboard reporting for management.
  2. Assist the Manager in planning and maintaining accurate cash flow transactions recording and reporting, working closely with the finance team and reconciling with bank statements.
  3. Assist the Manager in verifying and validating all claims submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company expenditure policies.
  4. Assist the Manager in preparing for periodic accounts audits.
Position Requirements
  • Experience and Education: Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least a diploma in accountancy (or equivalent). Experience in audit firms or a bachelor’s degree in accountancy (or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Personality: Sense of ownership and responsibility, proactive, detail-oriented, logical thinker, effective planner, team player, firm, persuasive, honest, high EQ, patient, empathetic, with good telephony and email communication skills.
  • Language: Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred.
  • Travel: Not required.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), familiar with SAP Business One.
