Job description

Key Accountability

This is an Assistant Manager role who will lead the pillar / section that he / she is being assigned, and to achieve the sales target of the section. And to manage and provide supervision to both the sales and customer success personnel on their tasks. Lead provides feedback to the team particularly to the superior(s) on potential prospects, challenges and comes up with strategy on the sales of the products.

Job Summary:

  1. Supervise the team to generate, monitor leads generation and clients’ support and engagement.
  2. Establish sales pipelines to meet monthly targets and short-falls.
  3. Monitor the sales process which is inclusive of payments, and make sure the team achieves monthly sales targets.
  4. Build and maintain good rapports with clients for recurring sales.
  5. Follow up with clients and respective teams on sales status.
  6. Coach customer success team to be proactive in handling issues arise from the products and always provide solutions to the team and to make sure clients’ inquiries are handled with utmost care.
  7. Work closely with stakeholders such as the marketing, solutionist and product development team to come up with new products or product enhancement / diversifications to spur sales volume or revenue.
  8. Coach team members on new products, processes and personal development.
  9. Keep abreast with learning technology and trends in the market.
  10. Perform periodic market surveys on learning platforms.
  11. Keep communication open with the team, colleagues and superior(s) on the performance, challenges and sales strategy.
  12. Coordinate with the Finance team on payments / collections from clients.
  13. Generate monthly reports and lead weekly standup meetings.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing/ Human Resources/Education / Psychology.
  2. Min 3 years experience in sales.

Desired experience/exposure:

  1. Academy/Training related experience in Training and Development, Sales and Marketing.
  2. Digital Technology and/or Sales exposure.
  3. Recognized training certification.
  4. Design and delivery of training.
  5. eLearning specialization.

Required Skills:

  1. Client-fronting exposure.
  2. Good articulation.
