Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years in human resources, focusing on industrial relations, trade unions, and employee relations. Knowledge of RBA standards is an advantage.
Skills: Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of employment laws (Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relations Act 1967), familiarity with RBA standards and ethical labor practices, discretion in handling sensitive information, proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Language: Bilingual in English and Malay, with superior communication and customer service skills.
