Job description

Handle documentation to ensure the completion of sales bookings, signing of SPA, collection of differential sums, loan application processes, etc.

Liaise and coordinate with solicitors, bankers, and purchasers to ensure documentation is signed properly and on time.

Follow up with financiers on end-financing matters, loan disbursement, and progress payments.

Maintain and update sales records and prepare daily sales reports.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and able to travel within Klang Valley.
