Job description

Optimize manufacturing processes for PCBA/SMT lines to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

Design efficient production layouts and workflows to boost productivity and minimize waste.

Improve line balancing, production cycles, and material flow for smooth operations.

Conduct lead time analysis, motion studies, and capacity planning to maximize equipment use.

Analyze production data to enhance throughput, yield, and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and support lean manufacturing initiatives.

Assist in setting up and launching production lines, working with equipment and production teams.

Complete and review costing calculations (RFQs) to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Min of 3 years experience in industrial engineering, focusing on PCBA/SMT processes.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma, and continuous improvement principles.

Experience in process optimization, layout design, and production line balancing.

Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin to enable effective communication with China colleagues.
