About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team at JAMAL, AMIN & PARTNERS in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take on a pivotal role in delivering high-quality audit services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting comprehensive audits of financial statements and internal control systems for a variety of clients
2. Identifying and evaluating financial and operational risks, and providing recommendations for improvement
3. Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to clients in a clear and concise manner
4. Supervising and mentoring junior audit team members, ensuring they develop the necessary skills and expertise
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated audit solutions
6. Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in external auditing, preferably within a reputable accounting firm
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of audit software and other relevant technology
• A genuine passion for the audit profession and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
