About the role

Pembinaan Teguh Maju Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our construction company. What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments for the company.
  2. Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  3. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  4. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
  6. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to financial transactions.
  7. Provide support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  8. Comply with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounts or finance role, preferably in the construction industry.
  2. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications. IFCA experience is an advantage.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. A team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  7. A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
