What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage NPI (New Product Introduction) projects
• Be the main point of contact for key customers
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, production, quality, supply chain
• Support business growth through costing, feasibility, and new opportunities
• Gain exposure across multiple company sites, with potential involvement in cross-border projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years in project management or technical sales (manufacturing preferred)
• Experience in handling quotations, pricing, and project negotiations
• Background in rubber or foam products is a plus
• Must be able to work at i-Park, Kulai
