About the role

Ace Star Industries Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of cleanroom and ESD control products and services, is seeking a talented Customer Service (Outdoor) cum Technical Support professional to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing technical support to our valued clients.

Minimum qualifications:

  • At least a Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level or Professional Certificate.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good communication skills and results-oriented.
  • Valid driving license with own transport and willingness to travel for on-site customer visits.
  • Customer-oriented with a sense of responsibility.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve customer queries and feedback, proposing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper and on-time delivery of products/services ordered by customers.
  • Manage and coordinate Cleanroom / ESD product installation at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients.

On-Job Training will be provided to successful candidates. Technicians from electronics factories are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position.

Additional requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
