Project Engineer (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply)

• Assist the Project Manager in the preparation and implementation of the Project Executive Plan (PEP).
• Chair meetings with the Project Team and drive the execution and closure of all project tasks as per the project plan.
• Attend weekly progress meetings (internal and with customers) and assist in preparing minutes of meetings.
• Monitor ongoing work and prepare weekly reports on the status of each assignment.
• Assist the team in executing the project plan, coordinate cross-functional project teams, and focus on meeting customer needs in product quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coordinate material logistics and assist in the shipment of engineering samples to customers.
• Coordinate with all project-related personnel on daily progress, procurement, and operations to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide full support to management and the project manager for all projects.
• Manage product specifications and oversee product change management (Product ECN).
• Support production and MES management teams.
