About the Role

We are looking for a dedicatedIndustrial Nurseto join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing workplace-related injuries, illnesses, and overall employee health. You’ll also lead health education initiatives and support the smooth operation of our in-house clinic. If you're passionate about occupational health and want to make a difference in employee wellbeing, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct nursing assessments for employees
  • Organize health talks, education, and awareness programs
  • Provide direct nursing care, including emergency treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses
  • Monitor employee health regularly
  • Coordinate treatment and follow-up for occupational injuries and illnesses
  • Maintain confidential employee medical records and support health center operations

Clinic Administration:

  • Ensure efficient administration of the clinic
  • Manage medical claims and verify hospital/clinic bills and receipts
  • Prepare monthly medical usage reports and statistics
  • Handle drug orders and manage prescriptions in coordination with visiting medical officers
  • Issue guarantee letters and manage hospital referrals and appointments
  • Process insurance claims (SOCSO, personal accident, hospital/surgical, death, JTK claims)
  • Conduct hospital visits as needed
  • Oversee maternity leave processing and allowance distribution

Requirements

  • Diploma in Nursing, registered nurse qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in occupational/industrial health is an advantage
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
