Job Opening: Motorcycle Mechanics

We are opening new garage retail stores for our automotive brands (RCB, UMA Racing, Solfili, KYT, ARC, Suomy) in Shah Alam, Bukit Tinggi Klang, and Bandar Baru Bangi this year. We are seeking passionate Mechanics to join us in growing our garage retail stores right at your doorstep!

Responsibilities:

1. Install motorcycle accessories such as suspension, sports rims, footrest systems, inside engine & exhaust systems.
2. Follow manufacturer guidelines and specifications to ensure proper installation and functionality.
3. Inspect motorcycles for pre-existing damage and inform customers of necessary repairs or replacements.
4. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure proper use and storage of tools and equipment.
6. Assist in managing inventory levels of accessories and parts, notifying management when supplies are low.
7. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns related to accessory installation and motorcycle customization.
8. Perform any other tasks as assigned by management or superiors.

Requirements:

• A passion for motorcycles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working with motorcycles or as an automotive mechanic is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories.
• Strong mechanical skills with effective use of hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in motorcycle mechanics.
