Job Description:

  • Identify clients and foster positive & long-term relationships
  • Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment
  • Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment process
  • Able to work with different stakeholders assigned from the client such as Managers, Director, Finance, Procurement, Resourcing and more.
  • Work on positions assigned and collaborate with the local and regional teams as and when required to deliver the candidates to the clients.
  • Proficient and proven record as a Sales & Account Manager and is able to build pipelines of new accounts of clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimal 2-3 years of working experience in Recruitment agency and ability to deal to clients, stakeholders.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic, Team Drive, Sales Driven individual with a hyper growth mentality in learning
  • Enterprise Recruiting, Regional Recruiting preferred.
  • Specialize in providing human resource consulting services - talent acquisition, management, development and career transition.
  • Strong Team Player with a drive for success highly recommendable.
  • Able to work under a face-paced sales environment, target driven and earns for a high commission and rewarding job.
  • Able to work with different stakeholders assigned from the client such as Managers, Director, Finance, Procurement, Resourcing and more.
