Accountabilities

Job Description

  • Achieve PFC ASB Financing, Smart Money, Education Financing, Personal Financing, ASNB Variables, Bancassurance & Banca Takaful, Credit Card targets as assigned.
  • Achieve branch business referral target as assigned.
  • Execute sales plan and strategies to achieve the targets assigned.
  • Scrutinize customers and applications to prevent fraud and losses.
  • Process and submit new loan applications to the Consumer Credit Department (CCD).
  • Follow up with CCD for approval, acceptance, and disbursement processes.
  • Coordinate with the Consumer Operation Department (COD) for after-sales services and credit-related matters.
  • Identify potential customers to cross-sell the Bank’s products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as FSA, iFSA, PDPA, AMLA, PCT, FEA, FATCA, CRS, etc.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide training/briefings on products in the Branch Manager’s (BM) absence.
  • Lead the branch in promotional activities and campaigns for Loan, Wealth, Bancassurance, and Takaful during BM’s absence.
  • Manage and undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management from time to time.
  • Participate in social commitment activities (CSR).
  • Ensure the highest standards of branch housekeeping and workstation cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing for banking products.
  • Possession of relevant product licenses is an advantage.
  • Strong sales and marketing acumen.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude.
