About the role
Share Registrar Assistant Executive / Administration Service Coordinator are responsible for maintaining the share registry and all share registration work for public listed companies, including routine and corporate exercises. This role also involves handling virtual general meetings for public listed companies, which includes participant verification, audiovisual coordination, vote management, and scrutineering.
