Job description

Job Title: Procurement Executive

At The Makeover Guys, as a Procurement Executive, you will oversee all procurement-related operations. Your role will directly influence the company's revenue and supply chain efficiency. We welcome candidates of all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages.

What You’ll Do

1. Monitor and document purchase orders (POs) to suppliers.
2. Track delivery schedules and promptly inform stakeholders of any delays.
3. Ensure all new and existing products/stocks are accurately updated in the system, including photos, specifications, and stock balances.
4. Liaise with the warehouse team regarding stock levels, aging stock data, and all incoming and outgoing stock, including returns.
5. Support ad-hoc procurement and warehouse initiatives as needed.

Working Arrangement

On-site. Collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager and Warehouse team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Background in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields is advantageous.
• Team player with problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
