Job description

Design Development: Prepare detailed structural and civil drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software, translating engineering concepts into precise visual representations.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination of design and construction processes.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, regulations, and client requirements, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and professionalism.

Project Support: Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ) and drawing registers, contributing to the overall project documentation.

Continuous Improvement: Revise and update drawings as needed during design development or construction phases, adapting to project changes and requirements.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: Candidates with a Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, or other BIM software is an advantage.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of structural detailing for reinforced concrete and steel structures, and familiarity with local and international engineering codes and practices.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
