We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team!

Job Responsibilities
  1. Support the material purchasing process through administrative and purchasing responsibilities.
  2. Maintain files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  3. Contact vendors for prices and delivery schedules.
  4. Develop and maintain resources for assigned commodities.
  5. Prepare requests for quotation.
  6. Coordinate pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date changes, review discontinued items, suggest substitutes, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  7. Interface with suppliers to resolve purchasing, change order, and logistics issues.
  8. Support or participate in purchase order negotiations, placement, maintenance, and follow-up.
  9. Assist in supplier contract negotiations and development.
  10. Participate in strategic supplier reviews and content preparation.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
