Qualifications

• Primary Job Duties:
• A Business Analyst assists the company in developing technical solutions to business problems by assessing current capabilities, defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements. The Business Analyst manages requirements at the project level to fulfill the company’s business needs.
• As the liaison between the business community and technical solution providers, the Business Analyst ensures that requirements are addressed before designing and implementing technical solutions.
• The Business Analyst takes requests from appropriate sources and performs data analysis for resolving production issues, project tasks, or helping plants and users adopt IT solutions.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in engineering, computer software, user experience, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 3 years in a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Administration, Development, or Testing role
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems and Automation
