Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop online growth strategies, campaigns, and channel initiatives that enhance business visibility and digital performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to plan product and campaign priorities based on data insights, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Optimize digital spend across various online touchpoints using real-time data and performance metrics.
  • Leverage analytical tools and dashboards to monitor key KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Work closely with internal teams to evaluate and deploy new digital tools, marketing technologies, and platform solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital commerce trends including personalization, automation, and new consumer behavior shifts.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Passionate about e-commerce and online marketplace management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
  • At least two (2) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently and can manage multiple projects under minimal supervision.
  • Interest in IT, gadgets, hardware, components and/or desktop solutions is a advantage.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
  • Display a positive and agile attitude, friendly personality, ability to interact with various groups/levels of people, willing to learn for self-improvement and possess keen attention to details.
  • Possess own transport.
