Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Bayan Lepas. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales, analyzing data, providing customer support, and communicating effectively to drive Ecommerce growth for the company.

What you need to do?

  1. Platform Management: Oversee operations across Shopee, Lazada, and internal online platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal performance.
  2. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with marketplace representatives to resolve technical issues and maximize platform opportunities, fostering strong partnerships.
  3. Campaign Execution: Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns from concept to completion, driving engagement and sales growth. Track and analyze key performance metrics (sales, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates). Plan and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and revenue growth.
  4. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop compelling digital assets that captivate customers.
  5. Inventory Optimization: Monitor product movement across all platforms to maintain ideal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  6. Performance Analysis: Generate insightful weekly and monthly sales reports, providing valuable data for strategic decision-making.
  7. Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and delivery services.
  8. Product Uploading: Upload, optimize, and manage product listings with SEO-friendly descriptions and accurate specifications.
  9. Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service teams to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns.

Skills?

  • E-commerce Expertise: You bring 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms, with a track record of driving growth.
  • Multilingual Communicator: You're fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy Professional: You're proficient in Microsoft Office tools and have a good understanding of digital analytics.
  • Platform Specialist: Experience with Shopee, TikTok, or Lazada platforms is highly valued but not mandatory.
  • Industry Knowledge: A background in IT or electronics is beneficial but not essential.
  • Diverse Language Skills: Additional language abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with our global customer base.
  • Web Analytics: Basic understanding of website management and Google Analytics is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in IT, Retail & Consumer Goods
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Result-driven, able to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy and multitasking skills to juggle multiple e-commerce operations seamlessly.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience managing regional or international e-commerce markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia) is a plus.
