Responsibilities

• Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs.
• Assist the e‑commerce operations team to edit and upload products to hit online sales target.
• Assist the e‑commerce operations team in fulfilling online orders.
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure online SOPs are running smoothly.
• Provide customer support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media.
• Respond to customer enquiries within an agreed response time.
• Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• Experience with Warehouse Management (preferred).
• Good command of English.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and good at time management.
• Capable of working independently and displaying strong initiative.
• Able to commute to office located in Johor Bahru (Johor Bahru City Square).
• Working hours from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (Work From Office).
