    Responsibilities:

    • Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs
    • Assist the e-commerce operations team to edit and upload products to hit online sales target
    • Assit the e-commerce operations team in fulfilling online orders
    • Work closely with marketing team to ensure online SOPs are running smoothly
    • Provide customers support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media
    • Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed response time
    • Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams
      • Diploma/degree in the related field
      • Experience with Warehouse Management (preferred)
      • Good command of English
      • Skilled in Microsoft Office
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
      • Detail oriented, organised and has good time management
      • Able to work independently and display strong initiatives
      • Able to commute office located in Johor Bahru (Johor Bahru City Square)
      • Qualifications:
