The Opportunity:

Paula’s Choice Singapore is seeking to hire a dynamic Ecommerce Marketplace Campaigns Specialist, SEA with strong project management skills. Passionate about the customer’s journey in beauty/skincare, s/he will work closely with our Ecommerce Campaigns Manager SEA to ensure that all campaigns across our platforms are smoothly executed.

The role requires an innovative and energetic individual who can learn new systems quickly and adapt campaigns to reflect rapidly changing beauty trends. With a focus on evolving Paula’s Choice to be best-in-class, s/he must be a big idea generator who values agile execution, capable of implementing multiple campaigns concurrently on various platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

Executing E-commerce Marketplace Campaigns

  • Manage end-to-end store operations across major e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Zalora, and TikTok Shop.
  • Plan and execute mega campaigns and daily promotions, ensuring timely submission of campaign mechanics and flawless execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities tailored to each platform's unique requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to align platform-driven initiatives and leverage marketplace tools for growth.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies and maximize sales.
  • Work with the Creative Team to develop compelling storefront designs and marketing assets aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless order fulfilment, maintain inventory accuracy, and meet platform SLAs.

Digital Advertising

  • Lead the strategy and execution of marketplace advertising campaigns (e.g., Shopee Ads & Affiliates, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, Affiliates).
  • Manage external performance marketing efforts such as CPAS Ads to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Optimize ad performance through careful budget management, bid strategies, keyword targeting, and audience segmentation.

Administration & Performance Reporting

  • Track campaign milestones and deliverables, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Consolidate campaign results and costs to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
  • Identify actionable insights and propose innovative strategies to enhance future campaign performance.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and refine initiatives to improve performance and scalability.

You possess:

  • A High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A University degree, preferably in Marketing/Business.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, ideally within a leading marketplace (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) or an e-commerce enabler.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry, with a solid understanding of brand positioning and consumer behavior.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful brand and performance campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and align internal teams and external partners toward common goals.
