What You'll Be Doing:

As our Ecommerce Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in driving online sales performance across Alpro’s e-commerce platforms.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Plan, execute, and manage monthly digital campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, and our own platforms.
  • Analyze sales data and campaign results to optimize strategy and drive continuous growth.
  • Oversee daily operations – product uploads, pricing, promotions, inventory sync.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to uncover new opportunities.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO to increase organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless user journey.
  • Monitor customer feedback to enhance the online shopping experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Familiar with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and basic SEO practices.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Able to multitask and manage daily operational tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Willingness to support weekend sales campaigns (when needed).
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or FMCG sectors.
