Job description

Elitaco Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and innovative Ecommerce Executive to join their team in Mount Austin, Johor. This full-time role will be responsible for driving the company's online sales and digital presence.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and visibility
• Managing the company's online stores, including product catalogues, pricing, and promotions
• Optimising website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
• Analysing and reporting on ecommerce data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Engaging with followers, responding to messages/comments, and building community engagement
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of web analytics and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and creating reports
• Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Collaborative team player with a strong attention to detail
• Familiar with Shopee & Lazada Seller Centre, Wordpress Woocommerce is a plus
