A leading e-commerce company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced E-commerce Administrator to efficiently manage daily orders, inventory, and provide exceptional customer service. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be familiar with managing e-commerce platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. Process daily orders efficiently and accurately.
Coordinate with logistics providers for timely delivery.
Track order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of stock levels across all e-commerce platforms.
Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Documentation:
Maintain proper documentation and records related to orders, inventory, and logistics.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Other Duties:
Assist with other e-commerce related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Stay informed about new trends and features on e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications:
Proven experience 2 years of experience in e-commerce administration or a similar role, with hands-on experience managing stores on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
Knowledge of SiteGiant software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of logistics and shipping processes.
Familiarity with Tiktok and Capcut video editing.
