  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
Operations Management
  1. Responsible for the quality delivery of services contracted by the client, including Warehousing, Customer Service, Freight, Distribution (including Home Deliveries), Value Added Services (Product Assembly, Post-Delivery Service), etc.
  2. Provide leadership to teams to achieve contractual KPIs.
  3. Assist Warehouse Manager in setting controls to measure, track, benchmark, and report processes, and eliminate performance gaps.
  4. Oversee project implementation and onboarding of new clients.
  5. Initiate continuous process improvements to resolve issues, support client growth, and increase profitability.
  6. Lead vendor selection, including capability assessment and benchmarking.
  7. Assist in setting vendor KPIs, negotiate prices and terms, and manage vendor contracts.
  8. Establish a vendor rating system to monitor performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
  9. Ensure vendor compliance with company policies, regulations, HSSE, and reporting requirements.
  10. Ensure all services are priced profitably, traceable, billable, and documented in service agreements.
  11. Work with operations to control costs and ensure account profitability.
  12. Manage the annual operating budget, monitor spending, justify discrepancies, and report.
  13. Collaborate on CPI initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  14. Coordinate with Finance to prepare financial reports, analysis, and commentary.
  15. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing; manage receivables and payables to maintain cash flow.
Client Management
  1. Participate in operational review meetings with internal teams and clients.
  2. Support the Warehouse Manager as the primary contact for customers in their absence.
  3. Develop trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  4. Ensure contractual deliverables are met and address shortcomings proactively.
  5. Resolve customer complaints and improve processes to prevent issues.
  6. Communicate performance metrics regularly to customers.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Contract Management
  1. Understand contract details thoroughly.
  2. Negotiate with customers to foster win-win relationships.
  3. Build long-term customer relationships.
  4. Expand business scope through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment)
  1. Collaborate with HSSE Head to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
