Job description

In this role as Office Administrator, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. In addition, this role will require you to be responsible for basic accounting functions for the company.

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
  • Responsible to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
  • Improving office operations and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and processing financial transactions including data entry, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports
  • Providing administrative support to the directors of the company and their stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for accurate and timely processing/execution of various requests and programs as directed by company management

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance or an equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Work experience in a related multi-tasking/multi-function role, including experience working on basic accounting
  • Excellent customer service mindset and attention to details, and good organization skills
