Job Description:
- Oversee and lead audit compliance engagements.
- Providing supervision and assignments to team members as reviewing working papers completed by staff and drafting audit report.
- Responsible and coordinate all phases of the engagement, including the execution of the quotation, engagement letter, communications with the client, staffing requirements, deliverables, timelines, client, availability, job planning, and scheduling.
- Responsible for contact with management regarding audit scope, status, and findings
- Provides on-the-job training for staff
- Supervises findings and follow-up tasks with management and audit staff
- Participate and/or lead assigned special projects or audit assignments.
- Assess and providing feedback on staff performance for staff evaluations.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 4 years of related audit experience required
- Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge of audit principles and practices
- Strong people, project and client management skills
- Coaching and counseling skills
- Ability to delegate work to others
- Works well independently and with others
