Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, coordinate, and maintain correspondence, meeting and appointment arrangements, travel and accommodation arrangements, and coordination of board meeting matters.
  2. Manage personal drivers' schedules, prepare and compile reports/materials, attend to clubs and associations matters, and participate in ad-hoc assignments/projects.
  3. Communicate with UMW/TFSC/APR on various issues, especially on setting up meetings, Board matters, DCR, etc.
  4. Handle private and confidential documents discreetly, prepare claims and payments, and carry out other administrative support.
  5. Administer the moneylending license, ensuring renewal, submission of annual transaction reports, and changes of company particulars/directorship are submitted in a timely manner to the authority.
  6. Act as administrator/custodian of company SOPs, publish new SOPs, update the master list accordingly, check documents to ensure they follow the standard format, and perform annual reviews to ensure documents are current.
  7. Handle any ad-hoc tasks as required and assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or Office Administration.
  2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  3. Good written and spoken communication in English and good listening skills.
  4. Must be detail-oriented and proactive in every approach.
