To lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Company’s management system based on ISO standards, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards while supporting the Company’s broader governance, risk management, and strategic initiatives.

Prepare, review, and maintain the Company’s policies, procedures, guidelines, etc., to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and streamline internal processes based on best practices.

Provide guidance and advice to ensure the Company’s operations comply with the corporate governance system and rules set.

Monitor department KPIs and guide the team towards achieving set milestones.

Lead the team to support the department's core functions and other cross-functional departments' continuous improvement action plans to achieve the company's goals.

Manage the implementation and certification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 37001 across the Group.

Monitor audit findings and lead closure activities.

Oversee lifecycle management of policies, procedures, guidelines, and manuals.

Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks (e.g., BNM, Bursa, PCI DSS, etc.).

Conduct internal training and awareness programs related to IMS/ABMS.

Identify improvement opportunities and lead process reengineering efforts.
