Senior Product Executive
A candidate with a recognized Degree in Science, preferably with a Bachelor of Pharmacy. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical business operations and relevant policies.
Essential skills include strategic thinking, business acumen, data and market analysis, inventory management, and forecasting. The candidate should possess effective planning and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and demonstrate excellent presentation skills.

Drive, plan, and implement successful marketing strategies for the Cardiovascular & Blood portfolio and agency (Luye), aiming to achieve Duopharma Biotech's growth and profitability objectives.
Ensure the achievement of sales, profit, and growth targets for the ethical product range through effective pre-marketing activities, market research, strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, and revision of marketing strategies for both new and existing products.
Communicate marketing plans and strategies effectively to the sales team to meet sales and marketing objectives.
Manage promotional budgets efficiently to support marketing activities that achieve sales targets.
Evaluate and improve product sales performance by reviewing promotional campaigns and recommending remedial actions for future activities.
Lay the foundation for future growth and sustainability of the Ethical Classic Business by continuously expanding the product pipeline.
Stay abreast of market trends and competitors’ activities to develop effective marketing plans and strategies.
Conduct market visits for assessment and analysis to inform marketing strategies.
