Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a Regional Market Manager-LabTec to drive the implementation of LabTec sales and marketing strategies for Market Organizations (MOs) within the APAC region (excl. China) in order to achieve top-line growth targets. You will also be responsible to lead growth plan development and implementation with local organizations, ensure strong two-way communication between LabTec and MOs, and serve as voice of market within LabTec. Additionally, you will coach and support MOs with 3rd party channel management know-how (VARs, dealers).

  1. Market Management: Business Support to Drive LabTec Growth
  2. Develop the LabTec business, with direct oversight of the assigned Market Organizations.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for LabTec communications, facilitating effective two-way exchange of key information and feedback.
  4. Engage in regular face-to-face and virtual meetings to foster collaboration and alignment.
  5. Win Market Organization (MO) mindshare for LabTec to ensure focus and commitment.
  6. Plan and facilitate business review meetings, involving management from MOs and SBU.
  7. Jointly develop and execute local growth plans. Conduct strategic market assessments and propose actions to address gaps.
  8. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  9. Collect and share MO best practices related to marketing, sales operations, and other activities.
  10. Stay close with the SPGs; collaborate and align campaigns, actions, and needs.
  11. Coach and support MO's 3rd party channel management programs (where applicable).
  12. Provide regular reports to the LabTec management team.

Market Intelligence: Know our Customer and Markets to Make Better Decisions

  1. Support the SBUs in collecting, preparing, and assessing market information based on customer feedback via direct visits and MO exchanges.
  2. Gather feedback on market needs, tools, collateral, and other relevant MO feedback, ensuring critical information feeds back to SPGs.
  3. Support the organization of Market Advisory Team meetings.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree in Science/Engineering or related field from a reputable university.
  • More than 3 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or related functions.
  • Ability to network and communicate across different teams and cultures.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
