We are looking for an Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager who is passionate about the beauty industry and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will primarily focus 360 marketing on offline brand initiatives, consumer engagement, social media marketing, and executing brand strategies that strengthen our market presence. You’ll play a key role in analyzing market trends, monitoring competitors, and executing impactful campaigns that connect with our target audience.
Working hours: 9AM - 6PM
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and offline marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Ensure that consistent messaging and visual identity are maintained across all brand touchpoints, both online and offline.
Drive consumer engagement through events, in-store activities, and offline activations.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and industry trends.
Support the ideation and execution of GWP (Gifts with Purchase) strategies to increase brand visibility and sales conversion.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (E-commerce, Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing etc.) to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.
Monitor and analyze performance of offline activities, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of beauty trends and bring fresh ideas to strengthen brand relevance.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners.
Any other tasks assigned by superior / Company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industry.
Strong understanding of offline brand engagement and consumer touchpoints.
A friendly and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A team player with strong collaboration skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Passionate about the beauty industry and current consumer trends.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written). "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
