Develop and execute supply plans aligned with demand forecasts. Ensure coordination between inventory levels, production schedules, and procurement.

Coordinate with production teams to align schedules with supply plans (SRD date) for timely and efficient goods production.

Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring align with forecasted demand & order bank.

Minimize holding costs while avoiding out of stocks.

Analyze demand & supply data to optimize supply plans.

Engage in the Sales Production Meeting (SPM) - Demand Consensus Meeting to collaborate with sales, marketing, and demand planning teams for alignment.

Participate in Monthly Manufacturing & Operations Meetings (MMOM) to provide updates on supply planning, inventory status, and production schedules.

Work closely with demand planning, procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and execution of the supply plan.

Collaborate with new product development, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure supply chain readiness for new products. This includes ensuring raw materials, packaging, and production capacities are aligned to meet new product launch timelines and demand forecasts.

Identify opportunities to streamline supply planning processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering Studies, or Supply Chain Management.

Preferably more than 5 years of working experience in a related field.

Ensures accuracy in planning, inventory data, and reports.

Anticipates supply risks and takes early action to avoid disruptions.

Builds strong working relationships across departments.

Eager to improve processes and stay updated on best practices.

Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including MRP, lead time management, BOM structures, and capacity planning.

Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, and supply planning tools for accurate and efficient planning.
